Ed Kang

General Partner

Ed Kang is a seven-time funded founder with two exits and over 24 years of startup experience. He is a Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) and certified executive coach specializing in neuro-strategies.

Ed is currently the director of Founder Groups and lead advisor at Startups.com. He was preciously a General Partner and EVP of Global Operations for SynergyWorks, an organization development consultancy and late-stage venture accelerator in Shanghai, China.

The Qortex Institute was launched based on Ed’s book, The Qortex Circuit: How to Train Your Brain for & Transformation, which serves as the foundation for Qortex’s intellectual capital strategy.
